HR Technology Implementation Value Survey

There are two components that determine the realized value of your HR technology investments:

  • IMPLEMENTATION SUCCESS - factors that relate to the implementation of the product - functionality, user adoption, change management and communications, cost and time to implement, reporting and access to information, and on-going integration issues.

  • BUSINESS CASE ACHIEVEMENT - this could be more far reaching and longer term realization and should address decreasing HR operating costs through more effective and efficient delivery of HR services to the workforce, and the degree to which strategic talent management solutions are deployed enabling your workforce to drive company revenue and growth.

This survey focuses on IMPLEMENTATION SUCCESS results, but we do ask a general question about whether or not you have achieved your business case for implementing your solution.
