We'll work with you to help establish a Competency Model Strategy and supporting processes as the foundation to an integrated approach to your talent management program. We'll help you establish a framework for identifying and tracking these at the organizational and pivotal job levels and ensure the application of them across multiple talent components – workforce planning, recruiting, performance, learning, and succession.
