Ron Proctor

Ron is a HR Systems Professional with over 20 years experience with functional Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Staffing and HR Systems in high-growth and fast-paced, changing environments as well as in established firms. Most recent experience in start up for implementing talent management system (SuccessFactors) via SaaS on-demand web application. Ron earned an MBA in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University. His mantra is professionalism, hard work and respect for clients/customers (internal and external) by way of a translation of a technical value proposition via trust and team building to establish and maintain strong business relationships.

Ron has extensive experience designing, building, and improving business solutions for the leveraging of business-wide improvement initiatives. He conducts best practices consulting via Project Management techniques (SDLC: agile, rapid application development (RAD); joint application development (JAD)).

Ron has a solid track record of transforming existing HR systems into highly performing, flexible, user friendly and scalable solutions. He has strong interpersonal skills and a blended technical and business background with an effective skill set that includes working with diverse individuals in complex environments.

He has led business-wide improvement initiatives which emphasize the transference of his knowledge to clients through best practices consulting: strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing.

Ron actively participates in the strategic development and implementation of new programs and/or changes to existing programs and routinely takes the lead for systems related implementations or integrations that affect the organization. He practices the Kaizen (continuous improvement to create more value with less waste) business orientation with a focus on innovation, teamwork, passion for customers and goal to execute for immediate results.
