Nov Omana

In 2004, Nov Omana launched Collective HR Solutions, LLC, a comprehensive resource in HR Technology and Strategy consulting. The business consists of HR Technology consulting, contractor placement, and partnering with other small businesses with specialty skills in Human Resources and technology.

Nov has three decades of career experience in the HR Technology arena. He has assisted numerous companies in structuring their HR systems to address and solve their business challenges.

Within the International Association of HR Information Management (IHRIM), Nov has been a valued industry expert, invited presenter, moderator, and frequent contributor for IHRIM publications and audiences. IHRIM's mission is: "To Be the Leading Professional Association for Knowledge, Education and Solutions Supporting Human Capital Management." Nov recently served for seven years on the BOD, the last three as Chair. as the Association's Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In 2007, Nov was selected as the winner of the prestigious IHRIM Summit Award. This award is given to individuals who have made significant, long-term contributions to the advancement of IHRIM's mission and goals. The Summit Award recognizes facilitators in the exchange of ideas, solutions and information about issues impacting the management of human resource information.

Nov calls San Mateo, CA his home. He is an alumnus of UCLA and is also active on the Board of the Peninsula Humane Society/SPCA.
