Mike is a certified HR professional (SPHR) with over 25 years experience in creating HR service delivery organizations, consulting, and crafting technology and service solutions that meet human capital and talent management demands.

As an HR practitioner Mike has directed the development of HR service delivery and support organizations managing Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Operations. As a consultant with leading firms, including IBM and Deloitte Consulting Mike has helped build and sell service offerings supporting human capital and talent management needs.

A results-driven leader with a record of building businesses and transforming Human Capital into a measurable and integral part of the organization, Mike has provided leadership and solutions helping organizations close the gap between developing strategy and their ability to execute.

Experienced in Fortune 50, major consultancies, and entrepreneurial businesses, Mike has been a member of executive teams that developed organizational goals, determined human capital capabilities, and created practices that made those capabilities come to life.

Mike has been featured in several publications including IHRIM.link, Benefits and Compensations Solutions, and Computerworld, has presented at IHRIM and other HR industry events, and served for four years as the President of the San Francisco chapter of IHRIM.

Mike resides in Walnut Creek, CA. He is an alumnus of the University of South Florida (BA) and Barry University (MBA). Mike also volunteers time to the Taproot Foundation as an Account Director, helping manage and deliver service grants to Bay Area non-profit organizations. Taproot Foundation - do it pro bono!
