HR Transformation Diagnostic

Our HR Transformation Diagnostic is based on the APQC (American Productivity and Quality Center) framework for Human Resources. The core HR capabilities we'll assess include:

  • HR Planning, Policy and Strategy
  • Recruit, Source and Select
  • Develop and Counsel
  • Reward and Retain
  • Redeploy and Retire
  • Manage Information

We will look at the integration of People, Process, and Technology in each area. We'll make observations about strengths and opportunities using a set of criteria around:

  • Meeting strategic needs
  • Meeting customer needs
  • Optimizing service delivery

We'll compare your processes to leading practices, assess your current HR Maturity Model against those, and identify root causes for both strengths and pain points.
